FAQ

Who are you?

I’m a writer in my mid-thirties.  I have published lots of stories in small presses, but am now focusing on writing a novel.  I am also supposedly writing a thesis for my second master’s degree.  Did I mention that I like cats?  I have two of those.

Why is there so little information about these cats?

They are in the witness protection program.

What am I doing here?

You are most likely bored and aimlessly reading blogs while avoiding work.  Or maybe you are a friend of mine and doing an obligatory check in.  You might be my mom.  Hi, mom.

Do you like cake?

Of course.  It’s the best part of any party and parties without it completely suck.  Plus, it comes in all kinds of colors and flavors, so you can eat it forever without repetition.

What are your favorite books?

Factotum by Charles Bukowski, Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte, Even Though I Don’t Miss You by Chelsea Martin, Trash by Dorothy Allison, and then a bunch of other stuff

What is the meaning of life?

It’s either love or cat gifs, but those might be the same thing anyway.

Where are my car keys?

I buried them in the hands of a corpse in a potter’s field.  Hope you like treasure hunting!

What is wrong with you?

You are.  Take that!

Is there a way for me to adore your works of fiction?

You bet.  Try the previous publications page and then begin your Google odyssey.

Why aren’t there links to your publications?

I tried that once and it blew up everything and destroyed all blogging for all time.

Do you have a public restroom?

You got confused again.  This is the internet.  Just pee in the corner and hope for the best.
